Welcome to our Property Management Blog

I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our blog! This blog is designed to be a place where we can share and discuss issues that are relevant to strata corporations throughout the province of British Columbia.

Our intention is to provide an online space where general strata issues can be discussed.  This will not be a place where advice is offered or where a specific concern will be addressed. But we are hoping that over time, this will be a resource place for all strata owners. Essentially, this will be an online community.

There are many other online resources scattered across the internet. We will attempt to link to those whenever possible.

You do not have to be a client of ours to participate here. All we ask is that all participants share in the intention of creating a community where constructive comments can lead to all of us finding solutions and help us learn from each other.

As one of the owners of C&C Property Group Ltd., I will author this blog, allowing guest authors from time to time. If you choose to comment on a blog post, you are encouraged; however, I will reserve the right to choose not to post a comment if for some reason it is not in alignment with the goal of this blog.

I really look forward to seeing where this takes us all! The potential to create something that is really useful exists right here!
