Privacy Guidelines for Strata Corporations

Did you know that the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)  requires a strata corporation to appoint a Privacy Officer(s)? Under the Privacy Guidelines published by the Office of Information & Privacy Commissioner, this person(s) described as someone who is ‘accountable on the strata corporation’s behalf for its compliance with PIPA’.
