Professional Strata Accounting

Monthly financial statements prepared by our property management accountants.

Your strata receives detailed financial reports by the 20th of each month, including operating statements, bank reconciliations, the general ledger of every transaction, and copies of all invoices and cheques.  It also includes a budget-tracking report which compares year-to-date spending versus the year-to-date budget allocation, so you can keep a close eye on any over- or under-spending.  

We maintain separate trust accounts for your operating fund, contingency reserve fund, and any special levies—all administered in full compliance with the Real Estate Services Act.  Avoid horror stories like this one:

For strata fees, our proven collection methods include automated payment options like pre-authorized debit, online banking, and post-dated cheque programs for owner convenience.  When accounts fall into arrears, we implement progressive collection procedures including formal notices and lien registrations as approved by council.
