New Civil Resolution Tribunal

The BC Government has appointed a Chair to start building the foundation for the Civil Resolution Tribunal. The Tribunal will hear disputes involving strata corporations and strata lot owners.

It is anticipated that the Civil Resolution Act Tribunal will begin hearing disputes in December of 2014.
