Civil Resolution Tribunal – Solution Explorer

The Civil Resolution Tribunal’s website has today introduced the first part of a four part series that will explain the first stage of the Civil Resolution Tribunal called Solution Explorer.

Solution Explorer  is an interactive on-line tool  that steps a person through a process which includes problem solving, information gathering, self-help diagnosing and streamlining. Explorer is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Interested persons may wish to see the Civil Resolution Tribunal’s implementation website at www.civilresolutionbc.ca in order to obtain more information on Solution Explorer and to follow the four-part series that will describe the process.

Shannon Salter, the Chair of the Civil Resolution Tribunal states that the Tribunal will be Canada’s first online tribunal and will be ready to hear disputes in 2015.
