Fiona Therrien

Fiona Therrien

Fiona Therrien is the Managing Broker at C&C Property Group and a recognized leader in Vancouver’s strata management industry. Before joining C&C in 2023, she spent five years as Managing Broker at Tribe Management and another five at First Service Residential, two of BC’s largest firms. Fiona also served as a Board Director with the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) from 2018 to 2022, dedicating her time to the Education Committee to raise standards across the profession.

At C&C, Fiona heads a boutique team that manages over 100 strata communities throughout Greater Vancouver. Her “Goldilocks” approach blends the expertise of a big company with the personal touch of a smaller firm. When not helping strata councils thrive, Fiona loves hitting the road for adventures in her Sprinter van.
