C&C Property Group Ltd. provides professional property management, strata management, and real estate services to strata corporations and residential property owners and investors. We are locally owned and operated, and our senior property managers have been servicing strata corporations, fractional interest developments and co-operatives in the Metro Vancouver area since 1996. Now servicing the Sunshine Coast communities of Gibsons and Sechelt.

In addition to the management and administrative/accounting teams. C&C Property Group Ltd employs two Managing Brokers and a fully accredited in-house Certified General Accountant. Our office environment is closely supervised and efficient with a high degree of expertise. This is reflected in our management style and benefits our clients directly.
